Robust Network (Pty) Ltd (“Robust Network”, “we”, “us”) is a procurement, supply, logistics and support services company operating from Gaborone, Botswana, with a sourcing office in Johannesburg, South Africa. We handle personal information in line with the Botswana Data Protection Act and, where we serve clients in South Africa, the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

- The requirements, specifications and delivery addresses you provide when requesting a quotation or placing an order.
- Company registration and tax details, where a client or supplier relationship requires them, for tenders, customs clearance or other regulatory purposes.
Information collected automatically
Our web server records standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, which we use to keep the website secure and working properly. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics on this site.

Our operations span Botswana, South Africa and Lesotho. Fulfilling an order can require moving your information between these countries; our Johannesburg sourcing team may need a delivery address, for example.
