For the Jozi-Gabz corridor, same-day or next-day delivery is standard for urgent consignments. Planned orders typically take 2–3 business days including customs clearance. The Maseru-Gabz corridor is typically 3–5 business days.

Every consignment comes with a purchase order, commercial invoice, customs declaration (SAD500 or equivalent), and a signed proof of delivery. Government and NGO clients receive an audit-ready document pack on request.
